Return & Refund Policy
This return policy applies to customers in the United Arab Emirates.
We accept returns or replacement requests for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Return Window:
Customers must inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, not installed, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice. Installed, used, damaged by misuse, customized, programmed, or special-order products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Non-Defective Products:
Non-defective products are normally not eligible for return or refund unless approved by our company in writing.
Return Method:
To request a return, please contact us by email or WhatsApp with your invoice number, product details, and photos/videos showing the issue.
Return Fees:
For confirmed defective or wrong products supplied by us, return/replacement handling will be arranged by our company. For approved non-defective returns, delivery/collection charges may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–14 working days after the product is received and inspected.
