Agree the maintenance scope before the contract starts

An AMC begins with an equipment list and condition review. Share the camera and recorder models, access-control devices, barriers, gate motors, intercom units or network equipment you want included. We review the fault history, operating hours, site access and available documentation. A proposal can then define preventive visits, inspection tasks, reporting and the process for requesting breakdown support. Replacement parts, consumables, software licences, out-of-hours attendance and major corrective work should be identified separately in the quotation. Response arrangements depend on the agreed contract and location. An existing fault may need an initial repair before equipment can enter a maintenance plan. For a one-off repair, send the symptoms and model photographs rather than assuming the whole system needs replacement.
